Positive Affirmations for Mental Health & Wellness

With everything happening in our world, I felt the need to create some positive affirmations to help support your mental health and wellness. Mental illness is very common and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Like any other part of the body, our brain can become ill and need extra support.

Practicing positive affirmations are not about being positive all the time, but are a gentle reminder to look at the bright side of life and acknowledge what we have to be grateful for. Life on Earth is not about having no challenges or obstacles, but meeting them with an optimistic attitude.

These positive affirmations will help support your mental health when you need a little extra support. These affirmations are not designed to replace other therapies, but if used together may enhance other therapies. Feel free to listen to this recording as often as you like, or whenever you need a little positive reinforcement.
