Sleep Meditation — Solution for Sleep
by Brad Austen

Do you suffer with insomnia or have trouble falling asleep? You're not alone; many people do from time to time. A sleep meditation such as this one may help you unwind and drift off sooner.

I believe for a sleep meditation to be effective, there needs to be a balance between adequate guided suggestion with periods of silence and hypnotic relaxation music.

Too much guided suggestion can keep your mind too alert and busy while trying to drift off. I have endeavoured to balance this with a guided breathing exercise and a progressive muscle relaxation meditation to help you unwind and relax.

Set to hypnotic Tibetan singing bowl music recorded and composed by Christopher Lloyd Clarke, combined with the gentle sound of rain on a tin roof, it will have you drifting off in no time.

Customer quoteI love your meditation style and guidance — gentle, deep and effective. The space you leave between words is just what I needed. I am looking forward to going on this journey.
— Simon

Customer quoteThank you so much for this meditation, Brad. I like that you speak slowly and softly ... your voice is soothing and does not interfere with the relaxation process. The music goes well with your voice and I find myself easily letting go and following your suggestions. I am looking forward to experiencing more love and light in this journey. With blessings and gratitude.
